I Tried Every Snack at Geo-82 in EPCOT – Full Review, Prices, and What to Order

If you’re trying to decide whether Geo-82 is worth your time (and your reservation stress), I’ve got you. Of course, I went and ordered everything. For science. Obviously.

Here’s my full breakdown of every dish, what I’d rate them, what they cost, and what’s actually worth ordering at one of EPCOT’s hardest reservations to get right now.

First – What You Need to Know Before You Go

Let’s talk logistics, because this is important.

  • Reservations for Geo-82 are hard to get. We are talking they are gone weeks before, and you need a reservation to visit.
  • They do NOT take walk-ups. They’ve talked about expanding to walk up dining in the future, but with the current demand they dont offer walk-ups.
  • Your best bet is:
    • Check day-of in the My Disney Experience. People will cancel last minute, and check about 2 hours before because that is the cancelation window before getting charged.
    • Or use a reservation alert service like Stakeout. It’s a third party app that will send you alerts when a reservation that meets your criteria opens up.

If this place is on your list, you need to plan ahead or be ready to stalk the app.

But let’s get into the food, because that is what you are here for.

Cannellini Hummus – 8/10

$14.00

Pumpkin Seed Pistou, Radish, Preserved Lemon, Fresno Peppers, Pappadam

If you love hummus, this is an easy yes. It’s super smooth, really well-balanced, and the Fresno peppers give it just enough heat to keep it interesting without being overwhelming. This is one of those dishes that feels elevated but still approachable.

Would absolutely order again.

Crab Cake – 8.5/10

$25.00

Smoked Cheddar, Pickled Mustard Seed-Lemon Vinaigrette, Supreme Caviar

This one surprised me in the best way. I’m not typically a smoked cheese person, but it works here. The crab is shredded (not chunky), which makes every bite super cohesive, and the caviar adds just the right amount of saltiness to the whole thing. One of the more balanced dishes on the menu.

Truffled Ahi Tuna – 7/10

$23.00

Japanese Whisky Barrel-aged Soy-Truffle Ponzu, Citrus, Scallion, Tobiko, Black Sesame Seeds

This is where things fell just slightly short for me. The tuna is fresh – no complaints there – but for something like this, I just wanted more. It’s good, but compared to everything else on this menu, it didn’t stand out. If you’re a tuna person, you’ll still enjoy it… it’s just not a must-order.

Charcuterie Board – 10/10

$29.00

Chef’s Selection of Artisanal Cheeses, Cured Meats, and Accompaniments

I know. $29. I know. But this is one of the best charcuterie boards I’ve had on Disney property. It rotates, so what you get may change – but if they have the brittle on your board, consider yourself lucky. It’s that good. Everything felt high-quality, thoughtfully paired, and actually worth the price. I would order this every single time.

Fungi Flatbread – 12/10 (Yes, I Said 12)

$15.00

Roasted Mushrooms, Miso-Mascarpone, Mozzarella, Fontina, Pickled Red Onion, Black Garlic Molasses

This is the best thing on the menu. No debate. Every single component works together perfectly – it’s savory, slightly sweet, a little tangy, and incredibly cheesy without being heavy. I’m not exaggerating when I say this might be the best flatbread in Disney World. My only complaint? It’s not big enough.

Final Thoughts – Is Geo-82 Worth It?

Inside EPCOT, there’s no shortage of good food – but Geo-82 definitely stands out as one of the more elevated, shareable bar experiences.

What I’d Order Again (In Order):

  1. Fungi Flatbread (non-negotiable)
  2. Charcuterie Board
  3. Crab Cake
  4. Cannellini Hummus
  5. Tuna (only if you love tuna)

Overall Verdict:

  • Great for sharing
  • Perfect for a more elevated EPCOT bar experience
  • 100% worth it… if you can get a reservation
